    Experience:
    From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Wang has been working in Zhuhai Maritime Safety Administration. He acted as the Port State Control officer, deputy chief of the Wanshan Port Maritime Safety Department, the section chief of Dangerous Goods Control and Pollution Prevention Department, the advanced engineer. He joined Wang Jing & Co. in August 2006, and is a senior associate in the Firm in the Admiralty Group.

    Mr. Wang participated in the investigations into the accidents of collapse of LPG vessels and salvage, and also organized the cleanup operations. He was one of the drafters of the Emergency Response Scheme for Ships’ Pollution Prevention in Zhuhai Waters (which has been published jointly by Zhuhai Municipal government and Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration, and become the first local emergency response for ships’ pollution prevention approved by government in China). He also participated in working out the Scheme of the Coordination of Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macao in Emergency Response to Pollution (which is the first interregional marine emergency response in China) and the Regulations on Prevention of Ship-sourced Pollution to Waters (the first local regulations on prevention of ship-sourced pollution in China).  Mr. Wang has substantial experience in dealing with legal matters concerning collisions, marine rescue, compulsory salvage, and especially ship-sourced pollution arising from spillage of oil or chemical cargo. The major cases he handled include CSCL Hamburg c/w Lian Hua Feng, Maritime Queen c/w Tai Hua, wreck removal and oil pollution claim against HELIOS 3, oil pollution claim against Hyundai Independent, oil pollution claim against Agios Dimitrios I, salvage claim against Atlantic Liberty, Shen Neng 1 ship insurance dispute.
