    * Change, dissolution, termination, and renewal of employment contracts;
    * Issues regarding labor protection, social insurance, and work related injuries;
    * Drafting of employee manuals, internal rules and regulations regarding payment of salaries and welfare, employee leave, awards and punishments, performance assessments, and all other employer-employee related issues.
    * Drafting of other internal rules and regulations, such as finance management rules, company seals management rules, rules and procedures of the board of directors, rules of manager responsibility systems, and  work place safety management rules;
    * Training on Labor Law and Trade Union Law;
    * Settlement of labor disputes.
